Angela Neighbours	Raechel Ford

Angela Neighbours and Raechel Ford are partners in ilume International, a business that has offices in Auckland and Sydney. They have both been accredited members of the International Coaching Community since 2009. Angela Neighbours is a global Board Member.  

ilume believes that coaching and leadership are synonomous, and combined together can bring about great change in the world, particularly in corporate businesss, which is where their own interests lie.

It is their initiative that brings Congress to Australia. They are passionate about delivering the International Coaching Congress message to this part of the world.
