Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. Note that the Registration Fee does not include travel, expenses or accommodation.

Speakers alone are responsible for the content. The views and opinions expressed in the sessions are not necessarily those of the ICC and are not endorsed by the ICC. The ICC disclaims any and all legal liability or responsibility for the content expressed in the sessions or materials distributed as a part of the session.
Congress material provided by the speakers will be available to be downloaded 14 days prior to the start of the Congress via the Congress website. Cancellations/Refunds No refunds can be made for cancellations on or after 1 September 2012.
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the ICC, to make changes to the program or speakers. The ICC is not liable for any changes.
Attendee contact details will be kept on the ICC database, which will only be used by ICC. Credit card information is not stored.
Sale or display of any non-ICC permitted merchandise or products at any event or venue associated with the ICC is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of this policy will result in immediate cancellation, with no refund, of Congress access.
All mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off during all sessions. Damages and Liability ICC accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage to the attendee’s property or injury or death to the attendee’s employees, agents or representatives arising from or in connection with this Congress.
ICC shall not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligations if the failure or delay is due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the organization, its employees, agents or representatives which shall include, but is not limited to, the following Acts of God: fire, flood, explosion, accident, civil disturbance or emergency or periods of armed conflict.
Due to speaker contracts and copyright laws, photography, videography and/or audio recording of presenters and speakers during their session is strictly prohibited.
