I'm an educator by profession. I've completed studies on Jagiellonski University in Cracow.
I'm working as a trainer since 1989. I'm a co-owner and trainer of training firm – KefAnn s.c. I'm certified in Master of Art of NLP, International Coach ICC and International Coaching Trainer ICC.
Since I can remember, the priority issue for me was the communication, as well "me - you" as "me – other people" or "me - me". That causes exploring that issue in theory both well and professional practice.
The effect of that is combining different methods in my trainings and individual coaching.
Recently my passion is searching of shared areas in ideas and practice: NLP, system thinking, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence.
I'm an author and co-author majority of training projects realized by me. In my favorites are: Personal Development trainings, courses for trainers, managers, team Building, Coaching.
