She is IDEHT (Instituto de Desarrollo Humano y Trascendencia) CEO since 1989, training people in human development with 31 graduate generations. She has worked as an Organizational Trainer since 1990 incompanies such as DHL, Telmex, ING, Avon, Sabritas, Saint Gobain, BBVA Bancomer,Jafra, Hotel Nikko between others in several topics such as Executive Abilities, Communications, Team Building, Leadership,Life Planning, Conflict Management, Self-steam.
Norma has trained instructors, teachers, and also internal trainers in several companies in different Human Resources topics. Sheis the author of the book, "Emotional Education for the Family" with a sales record of 3,000 copies within 2 months. She is co founder of ADEHUM Mexico (Asociación de Desarrollo Humano)
Norma is a Congress Organizer in Human Development and Management issues. She is a recognized speaker and has participated in radio, TV, newspapers, and magazines in Human Development and Coaching topics.
