Frank Bresser is helping companies design, implement and optimize tailor-made coaching programmes that exactly meet their organisation-specific needs and generate maximum business success. He was the first to develop the systematic and strategic design, implementation and improvement of coaching programmes in companies as a distinct discipline and is the author of the book “The global business guide for the successful use of coaching in organisations” (Sep 2010).
Frank recently received for his work the “Global HR Excellence Award 2011” at the World HRD Congress 2011 in Mumbai (India). Bresser Consulting also examined the situation of busifranness coaching across the globe in each continent, region and country (coverage of 162 countries).
